Summary of Fees
|
All fees are per
hour and include compensation for the temporary
auxiliary,
withholding taxes, workers compensation insurance
and unemployment
insurance.
There are NO ADDITIONAL PLACEMENT FEES with
the exception of state tax.
Auxiliaries are paid for a minimum of four hours
when hired for a half day
placement, and eight hours when hired for a full day
placement.

Permanent Placement
In the event of permanent placement, a fee of 2.0%
of the projected yearly salary is due if the
auxiliary is employed by Dental Staffing Services of
Connecticut and has worked in the practice within
the past twelve months.
Permanent Recruitment
In the event of permanent placement of an auxiliary
who is not an employee of, but is recruited by,
Dental Staffing Services of Connecticut, a fee of
3.0% of the projected yearly salary of the auxiliary
is due upon hire. A nonrefundable deposit of $200.00
is required to initiate the placement process. This
amount will be applied to the total fee for
placement. |
